The lymphoedema service treats both primary and secondary lymphoedema, offering assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management. It focuses on preventing infection, reducing swelling, correcting limb distortion, and improving mobility. The clinic also educates patients on self-care and can provide transport if needed.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusions
- Aged 18+
- Cancer-related or non-cancer-related lymphoedema
Exclusions
- Patients with limited mobility or mobility impairments, should be referred to local community services for first line management.
